How We Verify Every Order Before Dispatch — Our Video Promise
Online shopping for home decor in Pakistan carries a fear that almost every buyer knows: will it look different when it arrives?
We built Pakistan National Store around eliminating that fear entirely. Not by writing better product descriptions. Not by using more flattering photography. But by showing you your actual product — on video — before it leaves our hands.
According to e-commerce research, product misrepresentation is the leading cause of returns and buyer dissatisfaction in online retail. We chose to solve this at the source.
The Problem with Online Home Decor in Pakistan
Premium home decor statues — antique brass horse sculptures, gold eagle figurines, copper wolf statues — are items where finish, size, and craftsmanship matter enormously. A product that looks stunning in a photo can look completely different in real life: wrong colour tone, smaller than expected, or with visible quality issues.
Most Pakistani online stores offer returns as the solution. But returns are inconvenient, time-consuming, and often not honoured properly. We decided not to put our customers in that position in the first place.
What Our Video Quality Check Looks Like
Before every order is dispatched from our warehouse, our team records a short video of your specific item. The video shows:
- The product from all angles
- The finish in natural lighting — so you see the true colour, not a studio-lit version
- The size and scale — so there are no surprises about dimensions
- Any detail or craftsmanship points specific to that piece
We send this video to you directly. You approve it. Only then do we dispatch.
What Happens If You're Not Happy with the Video?
If the product in the video doesn't match your expectations — wrong finish, not what you imagined, any concern at all — you tell us before it ships. We resolve it then and there. No delivery. No return. No hassle.
This is what we mean when we say confidence replaces fear.
Why This Matters More Than a Return Policy
A return policy tells you what happens after things go wrong. Our video promise is designed to prevent things from going wrong. For cash-on-delivery customers across Pakistan — where trust is everything — this is the difference between an anxious purchase and a confident one.
We believe luxury home decor in Pakistan deserves a buying experience as premium as the products themselves.
