🕒 Return Eligibility Period
You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
📦 Conditions for Return & Exchange
1. Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
To ensure full transparency, please record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked.
This video will serve as proof of condition in case of any damage during delivery.
2. Product Condition
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels, tags, and protective materials intact.
Items showing signs of use, such as scratches, event decoration marks, or missing packaging, will not qualify for return or refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with your unboxing video.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
4. Change of Mind
If you wish to return a product for personal reasons (e.g., color, size, or design preference), you may do so within 48 hours, provided the product remains unused and in original condition.
In such cases, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
💸 Refund & Exchange Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped after the returned product has been received and verified.
🚚 Shipping Responsibility
For damaged items verified through unboxing video, all courier costs will be covered by Pakistan National Store.
For voluntary returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items used for decoration or events and then returned.
Items without an unboxing video or without original packaging.
Customized, limited-edition, or personalized products.
