Exchange Policy – Pakistan National Store

At Pakistan National Store, every sculpture is carefully crafted and packed with attention. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not offer returns. However, we do provide a fair and transparent exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

No Return Policy

  • We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.
  • This policy exists because our products are fragile sculptures and cannot be resold once used or opened.

Exchange Eligibility

An exchange is only applicable under the following conditions:

  1. Product received is broken or damaged
  2. Unboxing video is provided and meets our requirements
  3. The damage is clearly visible in the video
  4. The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To qualify for an exchange, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video:

  • Video must start before opening the package
  • The entire unboxing process must be uninterrupted
  • The product and damage must be clearly visible
  • No cuts, pauses, or edits in the video

⚠️ Important:

  • If an unboxing video is not provided, no exchange will be entertained
  • This requirement is communicated:
  • On our website
  • On the product packaging
  • By our call agents before delivery

Exchange Approval Process

  1. Customer contacts our support team within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Shares:
  • Order number
  • Unboxing video
  • Clear images of the damaged product
  1. Our team reviews the evidence
  2. Once approved, the exchange process begins

Delivery Charges for Exchange

  • If the product is broken or damaged and a valid unboxing video is provided:
  • Pakistan National Store will bear all delivery charges
  • A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost

Non-Exchangeable Scenarios

Exchange will not be provided if:

  • No unboxing video is available
  • Video is edited, unclear, or incomplete
  • Damage is reported after 24 hours
  • Product is damaged due to customer handling
  • Product has been used, altered, or mishandled
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (as sculptures are handcrafted)

Replacement Product

  • Replacement will be the same product
  • If the same product is unavailable:
  • Customer may choose an alternative product of equal value
  • Or wait until the product is restocked

Final Decision

  • All exchange approvals are subject to final verification by Pakistan National Store
  • Our decision will be final and binding.
